Guided Educational Visit
Take the tour with your group accompanied by conservation educators who will guide you with educational presentations throughout the route, which includes immersion aviaries.
What is the visit like?
In this format, students, teachers, and chaperones are welcomed by conservation educators who
accompany them throughout the tour with educational presentations about the species that live at Parque das Aves.
On the guided visit, the route features an exclusive educational itinerary depending on the group’s education level, which may include the entire trail of approximately two thousand meters, or a specific route according to the visitors’ age group.
The group will have the experience of entering immersion aviaries and getting very close to the birds, with the conservation educator providing information about the species and answering questions.
Rules
– Valid for groups of all school levels, from preschool to university, from formal or non-formal educational institutions
– Service available in Portuguese only
– Maximum group size of 60 students
– At least one teacher or guardian is required for every 15 students under 18 years of age
– Payment and presentation of documents must be made by the person responsible for the visit at the ticket office
– Service available Monday through Friday, at 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3:30 PM, by appointment
– The scheduled time must be respected. 15-minute tolerance
– Visit duration: approximately 2 hours

Parque das Aves is the only institution in the world focused on the conservation of Atlantic Forest birds, where you can experience an enchanting and immersive encounter with magnificent birds and our rich biome. An internationally recognized private institution that receives no donations or government assistance. All infrastructure and staff dedicated to conservation are maintained by visitors through ticket sales, the dining complex, and the gift shop.
