Self-guided educational visit
Visit at your own pace, self-guided and independently, without accompaniment by Parque das Aves conservation educators, along the trail through the Atlantic Forest, passing through immersion aviaries.
What is the visit like?
In this format, students and teachers take the walk along the Parque das Aves trail independently, with no set duration. The group has the opportunity to see countless species of Brazilian birdlife while walking the approximately 2,000 meters of trail through the Atlantic Forest, and may stay until 7:00 PM. Along the trail, visitors will find conservation educators in the immersion aviaries and signs with educational content, where they can ask questions and get more information about the animals observed during the visit.
Rules
– Advance booking is required, at least 72 hours in advance
– Valid for groups at all school levels, from early childhood to university, from formal or non-formal educational institutions
– Groups of up to 120 people per time slot
– At least one teacher or responsible adult is required for every 15 students under 18
– Payment and presentation of documents must be made by the person responsible for the visit at the ticket office
– Service available every day, with entry from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM – The scheduled time must be respected.

A private institution, internationally recognized, that does not receive donations or government support.
