|Those who visit Foz do Iguaçu and the Iguassu Falls can not miss Parque das Aves, the second most visited attraction in the city, which gets more than 800 thousand visitors a year.
Here you can get very close to several birds, including toucans, macaws, scarlet ibises, flamingos and parrots. The walkway is cemented with easy access; it is approximately 1.5 km long, amidst the rich and lush Atlantic Rainforest.
|With three immersion aviaries, you will feel in the natural habitat of native birds from the Atlantic Rainforest. You will meet the Black-fronted Piping-guan and the Alagoas Curassow, observe the incredible toucan and its enormous beak, and experience a flock of almost 100 macaws flying over your head.
There is a lot to appreciate and feel, beauty is everywhere and this is what motivates us to work every day for the conservation of the fauna and flora. We welcome birds that can no longer stay in the wild and place them in an environment where they can live happily.
Along this extraordinary tour you will also find harpies, owls, parrots and even reptiles such as alligators, anacondas and boas. At the end, relax in our restaurant with an exclusive view to the Flamingos Lake or take a photo surrounded by macaws and become an ambassador of the Atlantic Rainforest (learn more about our attractions here).
You are an essential part of this project. All you need to do to help preserve it is to enter into the experience with all your senses.
